Hangman's Bonus Derby
It's derby time! A $15 entry fee includes a commemorative pin and a chance to win. Competition runs sunrise to sunset, and all fish caught 14 inches or longer are eligible to be registered. Each person with a registered fish will be entered into the prize drawing for the derby entered. Prize winners will be posted within 30 days of the last day of the derby.

Pamper Pedal Road Bike Road
The Pamper Pedal is the highlight to the cycling season for women! This ride features a 44-mile, fully supported event with gourmet treats at three rest stops, on-road SAG, gift bag, and post-ride party! All levels and ages welcome. No ESV membership needed. Your entry gains you a year-long membership!

Mammoth Motocross
Every summer racers have flocked to Mammoth Mountain for this classic event - the oldest continuously running motocross in the US. Many of the top racers in the world have honed their skills at this event, and it has also become one of the major amateur events in the country. Spectators can attend to watch the practice days for $5 and the race days for $20.

Fred Hall Father's Day Fishing Derby

Gimme Shelter Carnival
Gimme Shelter is a family-oriented, multi-day carnival in Mammoth Lakes. Children and adults alike can enjoy carnival rides, games and fun in an alcohol-free setting. A portion of the proceeds goes to Wild Iris's transitional housing program to help victims of domestic violence. Guests are invited to use the free town bus, walk or bike to the carnival as parking will be limited. Admission is free.

Music & Moonshine
Bring a picnic, blanket or lawn chairs and come on out to join us on the Hayden Cabin lawn for some great music, dancin' and socializin'. There will be a no host Whiskey Bar (and some other moonshine too!). Please wear appropriate clothing and foot wear to this outdoor venue. Donations to the museum are always thought kindly of and we would love to see you become a Southern Mono Historical Society member, too!

Trout Fest
Experience Trout Fest is a hands-on, educational experience that introduces kids and families to the basics of trout fishing: from catching to cleaning to cooking.
