Tamarack Cross Country Ski Center

March 10, 2017:

Fabulous snow conditions, and all trails are open!

January 10, 2017:

Full Moon Tour Update

This historic storm has already brought 9'-14' of snow so far, but with our expected night-time conditions, we have elected to cancel our January Full Moon Snowshoe Tour.

When the skies clear, we will have some amazing conditions at Tamarack Ski Center, so please continue to check our trail status page for updates. Our next Full Moon Tour is February 8 and 9, but you can make plans now to come enjoy the moon-lit scenic beauty of the Mammoth Lakes Basin.

Call the Ski Center for more information, or 800.MAMMOTH for reservations.

--------------------

The skiing so far has been awesome, and we have been opening new trails as fast as we can as the snow continues to pile up. See you in the tracks.

We are open from 8:30-5:00 and have complimentary naturalist snowshoe tours everyday at 10:30.

Come enjoy the Tamarack XC ski tracks. You never know who you will meet there.

--------------------

Tamarack has the distinction of providing the only winter resort complete with a full-service Ski Center in Mammoth. Guests can cross country ski or snowshoe around the extensive trail network that loops and criss-crosses Mammoth's outer reaches. Vistas include frosted lakes, snow-covered peaks, forested trails and the back side of Mammoth Mountain. Trails are groomed daily and clearly marked.
